Terrenal Sayulita pre-payment and delivery service policies

1. Delivery service itself is outsourced to a third party company (e.g. Mandado Express), and not provided by Terrenal Sayulita.

2. Delivery service needs to be paid  by the customer upon receipt of the goods purchased at Terrenal Sayulita.

3. Terrenal Sayulita is not liable for damage or loss incurred on the goods once they leave the store.

4. Only pre-paid orders can leave the store.

5. Time of delivery will depend on the workload of the delivery service company, and may take from 15 min up to one hour.

6. This service is available from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

7. We will request the following information over the phone: Name, address, telephone, email and credit / debit card information. Rest assured that your personal information is safe and encrypted via the secure payment system we use.

8. As in nature, the availability of some products may vary; we appreciate your understanding.
